My eating habits changed dramatically!

Not eating all the junk food I loved.

6 months.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I have maintained my weight for 2 months. I watch what I eat and I walk everyday.
How has your life changed now that you've lost weight?
I have more confidence and I'm happier then ever!
