Cover your feet with Vaseline and put on socks. You will want to do this before you go to bed, and make sure to leave it on all night. In the morning, you will wake up with super-softened feet.

Biotin or vitamin H can help hair to grow better and faster. Vitamin H is what assists in turning carbohydrates into energy and metabolizes proteins and fats. This is all good for hair growth. Egg yolks, almond, walnuts and other nuts are natural sources of biotin.

If your hair is fine, daily conditioner use will do more harm than good. In fact, using it once or twice a week would be plenty. Condition too often, and your hair will feel heavy and look dull. So if you have fine hair, you should avoid overdoing it.

Air dry your hair whenever possible to prevent exposing your hair to heat damage. Hair care accessories such as curling irons, hair dryers and straightening irons will damage your hair if used daily. If you must use a hair dryer, keep it on the absolute lowest setting. By looking after your hair in this way, it will reward you with soft and silky locks for the years ahead.

Use lukewarm water to cleanse your face when bathing. A hot shower will open your pores and expose your skin's natural oils. Those oils then get washed away by the shower. Stick to warm or tepid water, which is much better for keeping your skin soft and hydrated. Warm water is also cheaper than hot!

Use a moisturizer on your face. This holds true for even the oiliest or greasiest of skin. Try using a moisturizer that also has SPF.

Boar bristle brushes can be handy to counter frizzy hair. Frizzy hair is a pretty common problem. By using a brush with boar bristle fibers during the drying of your hair, you will minimize frizz. Position the hair dryer to blow downward and softly brush your hair.

Try using an egg mask. There are a number of health benefits related to eating eggs. But they can also enhance your beauty on the outside. Break a couple of eggs into a bowl and slather it on your face. Rinse it off after about twenty minutes. This will help eliminate oil on your face.

If your favorite nail polish is running out, you can always add a few drops of acetone or clear polish to it to give you a little more. Make sure you mix it up really good, before you apply it to your nails. You may find the color to be a little lighter, but still very close.

Exfoliate your face consistently! Sensitive skin should be exfoliated about once or twice a week. If you skip this vital step you are passing on a very important step that can really help your complexion glow. If you practice exfoliation, your skin will be radiant, fresh and free from oil and dirt.
