The symptoms are very common which makes it very hard to detect. Commonly, this not a serious illness but there are some cases that it can be a life or death situation.

The common cause of arrhythmia are stress, congenital heart disease, use of illegal drugs and aging. This can be prevented by constantly conditioning your vital organs by exercising and proper diet. Do not be alarmed if your it beats a little bit crazy if you are under stress, it is just a normal stress reaction. Some things that affects beating, is palpitations. Keep in mind that this is not related to stress so it would be better if you consult a doctor so they can give you a good overview on what causes it.
