Getting into good shape can seem like a lot of hard work. Rather than doing regular push-ups, you can spot-tone the triceps by rotating your hands inward 45 degrees; your fingertips should be facing those of the opposite hand. These modified puships will help you tone and shape the triceps better than anything else.

Strength training times depend on your goals. If you aim to bulk up, then you shouldn't spend too much time on strength training. Yet in order to get leaner you are going to want to do more strength training workouts.

You may be watching television, but that doesn't mean you have to lose momentum toward your weight loss goal. Work out when there is a commercial break. Another option is to use weight bands while remaining seated. It is always possible to find a creative way to obtain additional exercise.

You don't have to give up your favorite TV shows to find time to exercise. Exercise while watching television, especially during the commercials to enjoy mindless fitness.
