Wrestling is a very competitive sport that draws the interest of many would be athletes. Although, many people who like the sport are into the sports entertainment industry of it, there are just as many people who are fans of competitive mat wrestling. There may be someone who one day wants to represent his or her country in the Olympics. To do this, they will need to get specialized training to prepare themselves for the fiercest competition. At wrestling school, a person will learn holds and other moves. They will also learn to build their character and will learn how to talk on a mic. Talking on a mic is not as easy as some wrestlers make it out to be. A person needs to be able to say what they need to say without getting tongue tied.

Their assigned coach will start them off slowly by teaching the fundamentals with mat wrestling. As a student progresses, the coach will move them on to more intermediate things.
