are you one of million persons that are dreaming to lose their weight ?? do you wanna be like mannequins or sexy or something like that ?? do you wanna feel better with your new look ???
then you have to be so proud of yourself, yes i'm not kidding you, i'm taking that seriously, i'm talking about you, you are so beautiful and you are so handsome don't tel me that : " omg no one care about me i'm so obese who will care about me i'm alone i wanna die ... :( " NOOO don't say that you have to be proud of yourself, you should know that there is At least one person who care about YOU yes there is and i'm sure, and you have to know that you are VERY VERY VERY and VERY LUCKY person, yé and i'm sure, do you know that when you was just a cell of semen in your mothers uterus with your brothers and sisters, you were trying to get the first and you did it ?? so are you lucky or not ?? how about your family, friends, dudes,who loves you and care about you??... so are you lucky or not ?? .
what about Shelter ?? this word that million of person are dreaming about it and you are not like them you already have it you find where you could relax where you could eat what to eat and more .... and you tell me that you are not lucky ??
just take one hour, and start thinking about the way you are and about what you wanna get, you will find that if you lose weight you will be the most happy person in the world, but no i'm not sure even if you get your goals you will try to achieve another ones, but you have to work and work hard to get whatever you like just think about your goal don't think about what the peoples are saying about you just calm down and take it easy, all the success story's person were hard workers to get their goals, how about you ?? do you will wait until you lose weight ?? or you will take the first step ?? try to dream about what will happen after you lose weight ... all peoples you know they will so proud of you and you will be so exciting to get out and to show people that you lose weight and you become beautiful or handsome more then before, trust me brothers and sisters, this is my quote that I personally use it: "if you dream about a goal and you work hard to get it, i swear that you will get it" ....
